This application processes data accessed via the Amazon Selling Partner API and Amazon Advertising API exclusively to support the brand owner’s own selling-account operations. The brand owner is the sole data controller and processor.
No personally identifiable information (PII) is shared with any third party, advertising provider, or analytics platform.
Buyer information accessed through Restricted Data Tokens is used solely for order fulfillment and customer-service purposes, in strict compliance with Amazon’s Data Protection Policy.
All data is stored on infrastructure controlled by the brand owner located within the brand owner’s legal jurisdiction. No third-party cloud analytics or marketing service receives Amazon-derived data.
API request and response logs are retained only for the minimum period necessary for operational and audit purposes, and are securely deleted thereafter.
This application does not collect data from public end-users; access is restricted to authorized personnel of the brand owner.
The brand owner does not sell, rent, or otherwise commercialize any data accessed via Amazon APIs.

Use of this application is restricted to authorized personnel of the brand owner. Unauthorized access, redistribution, reverse engineering, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
The application is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
The application may be modified, restricted, or discontinued at any time without notice.
Use of Amazon services through this application complies with Amazon’s Acceptable Use Policy, Data Protection Policy, and Developer Agreement.
Any data exported from this application remains subject to the original Amazon licensing terms.
Disputes related to this application shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
